no, I would highly advise against that, that power supply is not a high end one, and that is no low power chip. that is a fire risk or some other bad thing waiting to happen.

It has the power and more than enough on he 12v + rail , to run the card , but CX power supplies won't last long powering high end cards.

The CX600 is a disaster waiting to happen. Swap it out with a higher tier PSU, especially SeaSonic, EVGA G2, or XFX units. This will be good enough.
