I am trying to find a usb extension cable (only about 6" long) that has a single screw lock over its male connector

As the title says. It connects to a panasonic toughbook and I am just having no luck on Amazon, Newegg, Monoprice, etc... Any ideas? Thank you!

you did not specify the USB plug type nor the version , usb2 or usb3
