Can you make a PC run basic OS processes and Just the game?

So I have a descent computer that still can run high-end games on medium to max settings, but the majority of the time it's useless background processes that use up valued resources. Is there a way to run a computer with very basic functionality to maximize the resources available to the game?

My specs:
OS: Windows 10 Home
Processor: Intel i3 4130 @3.40GHz
Ram: 8GB
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Hello there.

Use game booster by Razer. Launch your game with the program and it'll load only the basic processes while the game is running, I've been using it for a while and it is a great help.

Game booster does the job, you need to run it and configure it to boost a certain game upon opening that specific game, it'll do the rest for you
