roccat tyon software freezing when trying to apply

i just bought a roccat tyon mouse to use with my laptop i got but whenever i try to save anything in the driver it freezes or it dont save the macro iv tried changing the compatibility it didnt help i tried to reinstall the driver that didnt help either

any help would be greatly appreciated

wow im a lil late srry lol


anyway no i never found a real fix eventuly the softweare would freeze but unn freeze like 15ish second later and the macro would be applied....im pretty sure it was the crappy cpu that was in the laptop that was causing it
