I am having an issue with the Logitech Proteus G 502 gaming mouse. It is brand new and for some reason the computer things the Middle mouse button (mouse button 5 i think) is being pressed when it is not. This causes head aches in side of games that use the button. For example in metal gear solid five, it is key bound for the middle mouse button to zoom in or change the angle of the over shoulder view.
Out side of games it makes windows a real hell, imagine your middle mouse button either thinks its stuck or alternates like its being pressed. one second im reading and article the next im zooming down a page. I go to click on a tab and instead of going to it it closes it all together. even typing this up is a chore with the middle mouse button always de selecting the box im typing in.
Is this the mouse itself? it did not start happening until today and ive had it for maybe a month. I am hoping there is a fix for it so i don't have to RMA a mouse since i just RMAd a video card.
