I'm going to be visiting Orlando next week and I'm thinking about buying a GPU and importing it to the UK so I was wondering if anyone could please provide some advice.

The GPU I buy must include a world wide warranty and be available from a brick and morter store as I need to pay cash. My budget is $300-400 (inc tax).

My current spec is:
corsair 750w psu
AMD 5770 1GB
Intel 3770k
16GB RAM
Asus P8Z77-v pro
CM 690 II advanced (stock cooling)
Samsung 840 512GB
Windows 8.1
Samsung 1920x1080 monitor

I would like to be able to run games on fairly high settings (if not ultra) including newer ones such as MGS V and especially older ones like Bioshock infinite, Fallout 3, Sonic Generations, etc.

So far I'm considering the following from Best Buy:

EVGA - GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card - Black

Any other recommendations or advice is welcome.

Thank you.

I did a search and it seems that EVGA are the only ones to mention an internationaly warranty, Asus only seem to cover notebooks internationally.
