Yeah if I was to suggest try downgrading to Windows 8.1 if possible (within 30 days of the windows 10 install you can downgrade).
I would recommend downgrading as many programs and possibly games have been having issues with Windows 10 so I would suggest either checking if it is actually compatible with Win 10 and if it isn't try downgrading if you can.
Your only other solution is to try to uninstall Battlefield and Reinstall everything, this may fix the issue but I would rather you not have to do that.
Note: If you do downgrade, anything from the point of the upgrade onwards will be lost. Eg your PC will have all the programs and files that it did have at the point just before you upgraded.

Definitely a software issue, what OS are you using and is it compatible with that version of Battlefield.
Your only real hope is to uninstall and reinstall the game or try a youtube video or battlefield forum to see if any other people are having the issue and if there is a solution to this issue.
