The t4 is small enough to fit any of those cases, barely fits in the spec series cases but it's not near the cooler the 212 evo is either. If someone were running a locked core or stock cpu it may be ok as a replacement. Dvtests did a head to head comparison between the t4 and 212 evo on an athlon x4 620, at stock speeds they both did alright. Overclocked to 3.6ghz, the t4 failed the test at 72c while the evo kept the cores at 45c. By reducing the similarly built coolers just 8mm, enough to fit such a narrow case they killed cooling performance.

It's hard to say, either of those cases are good. I'd want at least a 212 evo for a cooler, but that's me. Since it won't fit the...
Hard to say, best quality is probably the corsair like SR-71 Blackbird suggested. If you air cool then that's where my reservations come in. Many typical tower style air cooler need 159-160mm at least and the spec-01 falls a bit short. All the spec series cases do, they're too narrow so something like a 212 evo won't fit. The cryorig h7 is a nice little cooler that would easily fit the corsair spec-01 but it's been out of stock awhile. I'm sure it'll come back in stock.

Beyond that there aren't too many decent coolers small enough, going beyond the 212 evo and cryorig h7, all the rest of the typical budget coolers are 160mm or taller. To get one shorter you end up with a cooler that's only slightly better than stock. Or you end up with a low profile top down cooler which be quiet and noctua both have nice ones, or a cryorig c1 or something but those start running $70+.

The only case out of those listed that supports coolers over 160mm is the deepcool tesseract at 165mm. Overall build of the case may not be as nice, so there are some tradeoffs. I actually liked the looks of the spec series for the price especially but the narrow width was a deal breaker for me since I use larger air coolers. If you're planning to use the stock cooler or willing to wait for the cryorig h7 to come back in stock then it would be my first choice.

Sub 160mm cooler clearance just becomes very limiting. The raijintek ereboss, scythe kotetsu, 212 evo much less bigger coolers like the phanteks tc14pe, noctua nh-d14/15, cryorig r1, dark rock pro/3 etc etc are all negated by the narrow width.

Witch one would you recommend out of these two corsair?

It's hard to say, either of those cases are good. I'd want at least a 212 evo for a cooler, but that's me. Since it won't fit the spec series that would make me choose the 200r instead. If someone were water cooling with an aio or could wait til the cryorig h7 was back in stock or planned to use the stock cooler, then the spec case is a nice case too. Space only becomes an issue if looking to add aftermarket air cooling in my opinion and it may or may not be an issue for other folks.

The source 220 is also a nice budget case. If someone were into side windows, the windowed version looks nice. Only runs around $10 more and includes an additional fan along with the side window, not a bad deal.

I'm planning to buy an after market gpu cooler on the future, would the spec case be big enough to fit an r9 290 after market cooler?
