depends on budget and preferences honestly.
on a low budget any of them can certainly be used although i'd stay away from tn because of the bad viewing angles.
on a medium budget 120/144hz tn panels are the fastest responding with least motion blur though again, other panels are more than adequate if you want 60hz only and better viewing angles.
on high budget 8bit and 10bit ips screens have wide viewing angles and greater color accuracy.
