My pc is connected to the internet through an Ethernet cable from my cable modem.
I am using Windows 7 Ult.

Here are the funny businesses;

-First off whenever my computer wakes up form sleep mode i have painfully slow or not at all internet connection. Additionally sometimes i get the yellow exclamation mark on the network icon, sometimes i don't but the issue is there in both times. The connection gets normal after a while (say 1 or 2 minutes).
Edit:I get the "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET" message here too.

-Secondly whenever i launch uTorrent again i lose my connection or it is very slow (sometimes after a lot of refreshing pages gets loaded with the weird font on chrome) It gets better after a while but nevertheless it is unstable. And chrome gives me this message: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
On the right bottom corner of the uTorrent windows i get the red triangle with the exclamation mark and it says: No incoming connections.. And when i double click on it it opens a bandwidth and network test window and when i run the tests they both fail giving me these messages: Speed test failed. Port is not open (you are still able to download) Also when i troubleshoot my network connection i get this : "The DNS server is not responding" or "The connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the Internet is broken"and the messages varies from time to time i can try to get all of them and inform you if need be. The connection gets normal upon closing the program.

-Lastly a new problem that i have which i realized upon downloading this game "Killing Floor 2" is that when i launch the game i get "dns probe finished no internet" on chrome whenever i try to open a page. I can't connect to any servers in the game too but it may or may not be relevant. I also get the "The DNS server is not responding" error upon troubleshooting. The connection get normal as soon as i exit the game.

The first two problems existed since i installed windows. I even had them on my previous windows installations too (i had Windows 8 and 8.1)

Edit: I do not think that there is a problem with my modem because on my laptop i have no issues.

Hello... 1) Determine your MB network chip and get their latest OS driver installed for it.
2) Reset your Cable Modem Box.
3) It is typical for the cable Modem provider to replace/upgrade faulty Modems Boxes.
4) Disable MB NIC and Buy a NEW NIC card and Insert into MB.
5) Try a new cable.

Check your network drivers for sure.

Torrents open LOTS of connections and this causes issues with some routers and integrated modem/router units.

Try to reduce the connection number in your bt client.

As for killing floor 2, it is still in early access and on free weekend on steam so it may be loaded down. It is never advisable to use BT and online games together(with good QOS it can be done however.).

Thanks for the answers guys.

I have installed the latest driver for my network chip. It didn't help at all.
I do not think that there is a problem with my modem because on my laptop i have no issues.
Are there any test that i can run to identify the problem.
Oh and maybe i am missing something from my MB's driver list that can help with the issue. ı am using an ASUS P7P55D-E PRO.

Btw i know killing floor is in early access state but no one else is having that issue (at least i didn't find anyone talking about it) which is losing internet connection on browsers and getting the DNS related errors.

I think i have found the source of the problem and it is the Ethernet ports of my modem. I have problem connecting via wi-fi. However through the Ethernet ports i go the same problems on my laptop. But at this point i don't know if i can fix this issue maybe it has something to do with the modem's settings?
