Straight to the point, my family has over 5 laptops, 6 tablets, 2 computers, and 4 phones on our internet right now. Dont worry about budget! Anything that can support that with 150ft(50meter) range will do. No preference on 5ghz.
Thank you in advance.

I personally prefer discrete devices, but if you're looking for a modem/router combo, the Netgear C6300 is one of the top performers available. You should check with your service provider for compatibility on any model you are considering.

At 150ft, you'll be pushing the range limit on any wireless device. You might need to consider adding an access point (or two), which will also help ease the load with many simultaneous wireless connections.

Edit for clarity.

I would recommend the Linksys EA 8500 it has a good range for the wireless and also has the technology of running multiple devices and streaming both bands (2.4 and 5 ghz). The price has dropped on these a little as well.
