Play games with no graphics card

Is there any way you could play CS:GO low to mid settings at 30 fps. I have most of my parts but I can't stand having my computer but not able to use it since I have to save for a graphics card.

CPU: Intel i5 4690k

Using the integrated graphics you can use the computer. You can even play games, but it is hard to say what FPS you will get. If you set all the graphics to their absolute lowest you might get the game running fast enough to play it.
