First of all thank you all for readin this.

I want u to please recommend me a gc under 310 US dollars or 20,000 Indian Rupees .I need 120 fps on dota 2 n CS go.
My current specs are
i7 4790K
16 gb Ram
2 Tb HDD
Gigabyte h81ms1

Without upgrading the PSU, the most I'd could recommend is a GTX 750ti:

Your PSU doesn't have a PCI-e connector and this is the fastest card without one needed.
