I am copying the template for "How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice"

Approximate Purchase Date: Within a month.

Budget Range: $500.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: HTPC. Storing all my movies/tv shows. No gaming. Planning on having HDMI to HD receiver[/u] to TV.

Are you buying a monitor: No. Using 40" 1080p TV.

Parts: This is what I have picked. Open to suggestions and changes.
CPU: AMD A6-6400K
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-F2468HM Micro ATX
GPU: Geforce GT 740 2GB
PSU: EVGA 430w 100-W1-0430-KR
RAM: G.Skill 4gb (2 x 2GB)
Storage: Kingston 120GB SSD / WD Green 2TB HDD
Case: Silverstone MLo3b http://
It is not on the list, but I will be getting a media remote and a wireless adapter. I do not know if it will be PCI or not. I have not found a remote that I like yet.

OS: Planning on using Openelec with Kodi.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg or Amazon. I live in Alaska and shipping is expensive on a lot of websites.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 Samsung 40"TV

I do not currently have cable and do not plan on getting it, so my TV is just in the living room and never on. I want to build a virtual library and have a dedicated PC to watch everything on. I'm not sure if with Openelec I can stream Netflix or Hulu, but that would be nice as well. Wondering from people who have HTPC's if this looks good or if it is too much or not enough. I've only built gaming PC's so this is a little different for me. Thanks for your time.

Really a bit of a coin toss there. I've always leaned towards discrete graphic cards simply because it would be transferable, but I built my HTPC back when integrated graphics could barely handle HD. There have been some significant strides since then and the graphics capabilities of that APU are more than enough to handle any media content you want to try and throw at it. It's really kind of up to you and your budget.

I will remove the motherboard I had selected and replace it with what you suggested. I don't know what Godavari is, so I am going to post the link to the motherboard that I think you are talking about to be sure. It doesn't say that term anywhere on the page.
