what is the best card i can fit on my mother board

Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2 FM2+ (mATX, DDR3, USB 3.0, 6Gb/s) this is the mother board i have and curently it has 8gb of ram. i was thinking of updating the graphics card and doubling the ram . i understand this board can take two cards. so am i better off getting two mid range cards or one high end card. i also know ill have to increase the power input into the pc swell. any advice would be much apreciated

GTX 970 would fit your needs. It requires less power and will give you awesome performance in coming 2 or even more years.

What's your full system spec, cant really advise without it. Also 8gb ram is plenty for gaming. What's the budget for your upgrade and what resolution and Hz is your monitor?

With such a low power psu and low quality the most powerful gpu you can run is a GTX 950, if you had a better psu you could have gone for a 960 which is about the max gpu you would want to pair with your CPU without a bottleneck
