First time upgrade

so guys i am thinking of upgrading my PC...and the hard part is i dont know what to upgrade first!!! i am thinking if you guys can give me some reccomendations on what to upgrade and what should i buy...my budget is for mid-end upgrade. Thanks in advance guys this is my rig:

proce: AMD A8 5600k
mobo: MSI A68HM-33
4 GB Ram
500GB hard drive
GPU = Internal GPU RADEON HD 7560D

My PSU is just generic and only 30$...i supposed i should upgrade it as well
How can i tell which PSU should i buy? more watts maybe?

Depends on your PSU. For 450W and below go for 750Ti
For 500W and above 960 would be fine.
You can also choose 950 if you want to save more money.

I am thinking of buying 950...one last question will my processor handle the 950? will it be bottlenecked?

I won't be bottle necked. AMD A8 5600K is pretty powerful.
