Hi,
I`m planing to order parts for my first self-build Gaming PC and i have hard time deciding witch motherboard to use. The choices are msi z97 gaming 5 and gigabyte ga-z97x-gaming 5.
I will be overclocking Intel i5 intel i5 4690k using Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
I'm thinking to change stock fan of hyper 212 to 2 Corsair Air Series SP120 (CO-9050014-WW) 120mm PWM High Performance Edition High Static Pressure Fans is it good idea?

For overclocking the motherboard power phase design is important. The Gigabyte ga-z97x-gaming 5 has true 8 phase power design and the MSI only 4 phase.
Adding a second fan to the hyper 212 will not improve cooling much. Removing heat from the heatsink is not the problem. Transferring heat from the chip IHS to the heatsink is the problem and a second fan won't help that.

So i should use thous fans for case cooling. I also forgot to ask about my PSU is Cooler Master V750S good choice for OC? Thanks for help.

CM V750S is a decent PSU, made by company called 'Enhance'. It should work fine for you. After you build your system, monitor temps to see if you need any extra fans. Most of the time you won't unless you get a cheap case. Don't fill up fan slots just to fill them.

I will say both will be similar, because both are gaming moterboard
if you are not looking for hardcore overclocking, those two will be the same as well
but if you do care about overclocking features
you may want to try msi mpower / xpower motherboard, those motherboard made for overclocking!
