60000 INR Gaming PC build

UPDATE: The new skylake processors are about to launch. Do I buy it instead of I7 4790K?

I want to build a gaming PC without graphics card and SMPS (I have http://goo.gl/u4Msn7 Enter 500W SMPS).
I need M.2 connectivity support. I'm confused now about where i should invest more money, in motherboard or processor or RAM. I'm going to overclock too. So there's that.

PLEASE HELP!

My choice was I7 4790K 24000INR, Gigabyte Gaming 7 16500 INR and Gskill 2133 CL9 ripjaws 6500 INR. total 47000INR

I can guess that this build needs fixing. Please help

For Gaming, i7 is just Overkill.
You don't need to go for Skylake Cpu. No performance improvement. And you need to choose Z170 mobo & DDR4 ram. They are pretty expensive right now. If you can wait for 3-4 months when the price drops, then you can choose Skylake that time. But if wanna built it right now now, then Haswell is good to go.

For a Gaming PC, you need to spend mostly on GPU & PSU. Since PSU is the heart of your System. That PSU you choose is Crap in one word.
If wanna go with Corsair PSU, chose it's CS or RM series, not VS or CX series.

RAM bus speed doesn't matter a lot. Whether 1600 or 1800 or 2133 Mhz, Real life performance is just same. It's just a Gimmick.

You didn't explain properly what you need. Do you need Case? SSD? HDD? What resolution do you plan to play on? 60000 inr is your total budget with SSD,HDD,Case? Do you already have a high end GPU? What it's model?

CORSAIR CSM Series CS750M 750W = 8000 inr
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB = 8000 inr
Seagate Barracuda 1TB Desktop = 4000 inr
Deepcool Tesseract Sw = 3000 inr

Total = 61000 inr
If chose i7 over i5 then Total =65000 inr

It will exceed your Budget
If you want overclocking capabilities from the internal switches and voltage pinouts, then choose 7.
Other features are all same in Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5 or MSI Z97 Gaming 5.
Why are you going for expensive Mobo since you are on Tight Budget??? Use that Extra money on better GPU/CASE or UPS.
