I tried Win 10 and I don't like the loss of privacy and it is buggy in some places. I don't like that I disable Cortina, yet it still uses CPU time and disk. I don't like feeling I'm spied on. So I rolled back to Win 8.1. Now EVERYTIME I try to get necessary Win updates, it tries to download Win 10 AGAIN, even though I uncheck it. How do I remove all traces of the Win 10 Installer? I want to kill it once and for all.
