I gotta agree with tical. Logitech g600>razer naga. The logitech g600 software is more flexible (the mouse can be programed using LUA scripting language as well as traditional macros). Plus the third mouse button is super handy. It makes a great push to talk or as a "shift" modifier.

Of course corsair is comming out with it's entry the schimitar.

You should probably tell us what country you are in when you tell us how much you can spend. That way we wont bother suggesting things out of your price range.

CoolerMaster Sentinel Advance V2 , Thermaltake Theron Gaming , Genius Gila ,Thermaltake Black Element Gaming, CoolerMaster Storm Recon, Cooler Master Inferno, Steelseries sensei pro grade, STEELSERIES SENSEI RAW, SteelSeries Rival, TRUST GXT 166 MMO, this gaming mouse i have in local store help me choose plz

a 12 sided mouse gives your thumb access to 12 commands, that's an entire spell bar in pretty much every mmo. If you add the fact that you can easily press these button with shift, ctrl or alt held down, that's a total of 48 commands. These type of mice are very popular for that reason.

If you use a keybard you will have to lift you fingers off of the movement keys to hit any spell, limiting your ability to kite. You could "point and click" your spells but that limits you ability to turn the camera again, limiting your ability to kite. You may think you don't need it but once you get used to it you won't want to go back.

If you still rather not, then any mouse will do. MMO's do not require the accuracy that other games such as fps and Mobas do. I would recommend mounting assigning shift and ctrl modifiers to the side buttons. What MMO are you playing currently?
