If I went with a i5-4690k would I have better FPS on games like CSGO, Arma 2 dayz and cod or less if I decided I wanted to get the i5-4440???

Depends on how CPU intensive the game you're playing is. Example: CS:GO is more CPU intensive (or CPU reliant), so when you get a better CPU you'll see a higher FPS increase than if you were to get a game that is high GPU intensive (or reliant) and only slightly CPU reliant/intensive.

A great option would be the i5-4690K. Great performance, overclockable, quad core, supports 32 GB of RAM and great value for gaming.

An even better option, although US$100 more, would be the i7-5820K. Fantastic performance, overclockable, six core, supports 64 GB of RAM, and great value for both gaming and content creation.

i7 will there be a bottleneck? I've got a asus GTX 750 TI

It's cool that you were already provided a somewhat similar opinion. Many times I purposefully don't read others initial responses, so that my suggestions are independent and original.

But since you've quoted LucaFire, I honestly would not recommend the i3-4170 or a Pentium G3258 because there are many games that have suggested recommendations of a nothing less than a quad core processor, regardless of GPU. I stand by my recommendations, which of course assumes that you'd purchase a compatible motherboard and memory and then sell anything incompatible to recoup some money.

I agree with you :)
I'd just like to clarify that I suggested the Pentium and i3 processors based on the lower price and because they wouldn't create a bottleneck with the 750 Ti ;)

Ok then, Guys please tell me which processor I should get, out of these.

i5-4690k
or
i5-4460
I'm looking for best performance I don't care about if there is small bottleneck, just NO big over kill

Yes, I checked the link. As you can see in the title of the processor, it says, "LGA 1150". This is the socket type. The motherboard supports LGA 1150 processors.
