Help PLEASE, new laptop locked on store display screen

You will either need that code or you will need a full installation disk to do a new clean installation. I doubt that you can do a system restore with the system locked to a store display mode. The store manager will have to resolve this issue for you.

why dont they just replace it with another one?
and cant say have seen a new lap top be locked on store display screen before
