I'd recommend you to go to your hard disk manufacturer's website and check the drive using their diagnostic tool. This software will help you determine what is the health and SMART status of the HDD, just make sure you run the short and the long test in order to do the full diagnostics. If you can still access it, I'd strongly recommend you to back up your data from there somewhere else. The error code might be indicating that the hard drive is failing.
