i have a question about a mother board i want to buy

Hi my name is Dylan and i what to buy a new motherboard.

As im going with an AMD CPU i want to buy the MSI 970 gaming motherboard
but i watched an unboxing of it and it diffident have a CPU holder case thing (im new to building pc's bet you couldn't tell XD) is this something that comes with the CPU or does this mother board not have one

CPU needs to be purchased separately.

Board has the mount , but you need to buy the CPU.

No The CPU is 'naked, and the motherboard has a socket and some sort of mounting system. Is the CPU compatible with the motherboard?

Your FX8350 will fit into the socket on the motherboard and there is a mounting system built onto the socket.
