What internet speed is needed for twitch?

so this might be the wrong place to ask this but i want to start live streaming and im 74% sure my internet cant handle it

DSL
Download: 6Mbps
Upload: 1Mbps
Ping: 40ms

what resoultion and settings can i stream at?

my CPU is an Xeon e3-1231 so i think im good on that part
