Put in a 1TB Samsung SSD Pro and a WD Black 2TB into a big box store HP desktop machine.
Been running super fast and fine until lately.
Lately I go the start up the computer and all I get are bunch of static line screens with no sight of the windows 10 login. I hold down the power button and restart the machine again and everything in then just fine.

Maybe the SSD conflicting with the WD Black Hard Drive?

What ya think?

Solution
Turn off Fast Start, in the "Power Options, Choose what the power buttons do" control panel. Your computer has an issue with the fake startup/shutdown hibernation feature of Windows8+

Your SSD makes that feature moot anyway. This way you get a real shut down and fresh boot.

Anyone know? Maybe the graphics card? Maybe bad monitor?
This is what I'm getting every couple of starts:

Can anyone help me?

OK, Turning off Fast Start seems to help the problem but the computer is slower to boot. Is there another way to fix this problem and leave Fast Start enabled?

My total boot time with the fast start turned off is anywhere between 15-23 seconds.
I'm thankful that I have not seen that screen above since turning off fast start.
Thank You.
