Will DG31PR motherboard support GTX 970 Graphics Card?? My Desktop has Core 2 Duo E7500 CPU, 4GB of Ram and a 500W Power Supply Unit.
I'm planning to fully upgrade my Computer in the future. For now I'm planning to upgrade only my Graphics Card. (I will use GTX 970 Graphics Card in my future upgrade)

The board will support any card that fits the PCIe x16 slot. So, yes. It will be fine. But you will be wasting money buying a card of that class as long as it is bottle necked by that aging 2.93 GHz GHz dual core.
Btw, what is the make and model of your "500W" PSU? You can't go by total wattage alone. You need to have sufficient capacity +12V rail(s).
