I have Dell Precision 390 with a Core 2 duo e6600 i975 chipset and socket 775 LGA and DDR2-667 MHz 1*2=2gb ram. as you know that i cannot overclock it from bios cause its a OEM, So help me using a software. And using the stock cooler to overclock. Which software is best for Overclocking Core 2 Duo's? i want it from 2.4 to 2.5 in stock cooler.

On newer boards there is a system called OC Genie (although I don't recommend using this if you if you have a newer chipset) to overclock your CPU, GPU, and RAM. As you have an older board, this feature isn't available.
As stavrosmast said, the stock cooler will do no good in cooling your CPU if you're overclocking. If you really want to overclock without frying your CPU, I'd get the Hyper EVO 212 CPU cooler (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099).
