I have a used Rampage IV Formula I'm attempting to build a computer around
I know I can flash my BIOS with out a CPU on this board
The issue I have is I'm pretty sure the BIOS is the old .ROM format. I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to convert to .CAP without having a CPU installed. I don't happen to have a SB-E CPU laying around, and I just dropped all my spare loot on a 4820k
