Without processor mother board is working and with processor not working so how to check whether processor not working or motherboard not supply power to processor

What mobo, CPU, PSU, DRAM, GPU (if applicable)? Could be a lot of things, both might be perfectly good, you may have a CPU that isn't even compatible (either by socket or by BIOS version). May have a bad PSU or underpowered PSU, bent/broken pins.....could be lots of things
