Hello

For an i7 5820k would you choose a GIGABYTE GA-X99-UD4P
Or MSI X99A MPOWER
They both have the exact same price
My main conserns would be overclocking reliability and duribility
What i mostly saw is that the msi has usb 3.1 but the gigabyte as led at its connections on the back

Thank you for your help

In that price range it's either asus X99 a, msi x99a sli or gigabyte X99 sli. All three will perform very close, all of em have great quality components. At this point it'll come to personal preference.

Overclocking will be limited by ur cpu not mobo

I will use the i7 5820k and the bequiet dark rock pro 3
Thoes you show are cheaper than the ones i showed :/
I already ordered both of thoes motherboards :D (mpower and ud4p)
(I have the opportunity to only pay for the one i want)
You sure there is not mutch difference in terms of reliability durability and oc?

Im leaning towards the msi because it looks better and it has usb 3.1

But i think the only thing i will actually see any benefit is the led lights on the gigabyte xD
I was always wishing my fm2 mobo had one

I dont even have anything using usb 3.0 let alone 3.1
When last time i messed around with oc i had a fm2a55 chip amd fm2 cpu and my only result was overheat due to too high temperature and computer turned off :/
Its also very unlikely that i will ever sli as my gpu is so f*!?ing expensive :(
