FPS drops in games after I install a new RAM

I bought a Kingston HyperX Fury 8gb and installed it, then when I tried playing League of Legends I got a huge fps frop. from 60 -> 30. The one installed before I bought the ram is the same. Kingston HyperX Fury 8gb

I dont know why it dropped like that. Windows recognize the ram it says I have 16gb ram and 15.9 usable

Specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte H97M-D3H

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 750Ti

Ram: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB (the new one too)

Processor: Intel i5-4460 3.20GHz

Bios ver: 04.06.05

So two sticks of DRAM total, and from different packages? What are the model #s, what are they running at (Can find in CPU-Z, the memory tab). Have a feeling if indeed the sticks are from different packages they don't want to play nice or are not set to optimal settings

I'm guessing that the model # is the same as the part # right? they are both KHX1866C10D3/8G and to know what they are running at I should look at the NB Frequency? if that's it its 798.1 MHz
