PC keeps turning it self on?

so when i put my PC in to sleep mode every 10-15 min it will turn it self on, 30 seconds it will go back to sleep, and ideas what causing this??

try going to control panel/power options/change options for this power plan/advanced

then disable wake timers

disable usb selective suspend

can also disable wake on lan in the bios

see if that helps
