HELP with System_Service_Exception atikmdag.sys

Everytime i restart my computer with my graphics drivers enabled i receive the error System_Service_Exception (atikmdag.sys).... and it just restarts again and the blue screen shows up again and the cycle continues until i go into safe mode...when in safe mode i disable my graphics drivers and my computer restarts in 1024x768 resolution... and i cant play games or anything....

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

it is impossible to tell lol ...

this is windows and anything is possible.

i cant find the C:\ATI folder i only have the C:\AMD folder
