I wan to build a new gaming rig (or build) fot the price of under 700 euros (700 is ok of course)
I don't need an OS
I don't need a mouse a keyboard nor a monitor.

Thanks for the answer . I got 2 more questions to ask. Will this system last long enough probably 4 years and will it be able to run latest games at 60 fps , what concerns me is that the GPU is only 1gb is that a problem?Thank you.

The system will last for several years easily but the video card is not powerful enough even now. At 1080P it will only play at medium settings around 30 fps. If you want to play new games at 60fps you need a GTX 970 which costs around 450 euros at that website.
