I knocked over my Toshiba 3 TB Hard Drive and now I can't open it on my computer. It's also making noises it didn't before. I can find the device when I click open drivers and devices, but it's not listed under my computer so I can open the files. How can I recover all my photos and files from it now? It gets power, but sounds like something is loose inside.

Unfortunately, most probably the drive is damaged beyond repair. The strange noises indicate some mechanical damage.
Your safest bet for recovering the data stored on it is to contact a data recovery company. Most of the HDD manufacturers offer their own data recovery service or have some sort of trusted partners.
