Cannot find a driver for a USB Camera.

Does anybody know where I can find a driver for a USB camera built by "Perfect Choice", Model #PC-320241, Vendor 0C45, Product 6029, on Windows 7 SP1, 64-bit.? Currently, drivers are installed, but the Device Manager yellow triangle says "This device cannot start (Code 10)." I've searched Extensively, and even modified several INF files, adding the VID and PID. My daughter gave me the camera, and it has never worked on this PC. I ran the DriverEasy.com scan (that looks like a very Nice free program): but it thinks the drivers are OK.
Help, please? Thanks.

why do you need a driver for the camera? why not take the card out and use a cheap $5 card reader to grab the pictures? or a nicer $20 card reader. they're useful for other cameras too.

Giantbucket: this is a USB Camera. Not a hand-held camera. There is no internal card.

Haeasw: Most of what I know about Drivers, I've learned in the past few days, whilst trying to get this thing installed.
Is there not some way that another driver can be Modified to make it work?

Try a different USB port. Usually, USB ports have a small power capacity; about 0.4 watts. Using a different USB port might solve the issue (I have one particular USB ext hard drive that will work on one port but not in the other).

ooh! this is a webcam! i thought it was a photo cam. might be easier to put it away and purchase a modern one, maybe when they're on sale. black friday is coming up, isn't it? maybe still some labor day sales...

Sometimes the older drivers will work. You need to try a different USB port that can supply the required wattage for the camera.
