I want to upgrade my pc, but i cant make my choice about this two cards. Which one is better?

NVIDIA - GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 (Maxwell)

or

Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 2DVI PCI-Express (Strix)

or

ZOTAC ZT-90102-10P GeForce GTX 970 AMP! Omega 4GB 256-Bit DDR5 HDCP

Solution
1) Nvidia doesn't sell cards themselves.
2) If you can afford it, the ASUS, no matter what model.
3) If you can't afford the ASUS, the Zotac does fine, but make sure you get the non-reference designs.

NVIDIA
Reference card is the best one.

since most limitation will be on the temp side (for custom pcb/coolers), (IIRC the power design is the same for all the "top" cards that asus/gi/msi/zotac sell), one reason the gigabyte normally gets the highest clocks/fps while still running significantly cooler and more silent than the 2 fan solutions from other brands.

if its about price, i would rather get the gigabyte G1/windforce used or refurb.
if "you" want a new one, the cheapest (oced) card from any brand will do.
since most stock clocked (dual fan) cards dont have much left when it comes to tdp/+v, i tend to get an oced model, and if you want, you can still get it to boost around 1400-1450 sometimes 1500 without problems.
