Will there be any harm by getting full 100% usage of CPU and GPU while gaming?

1.These are some benchmarks I was watching but then I observed that the CPU and GPU usage is damn high!. Even on gta 5 I observed 100% CPU load and 98-99% GPU load but I didn't see any lag. You can check benchmark with these with many games on FPSkiller channel on youtube. Would there be any harm to CPU and GPU under full 100% load for longer no. Of hours?

2. And another question if I game for longer hours the temperature would surely rise so the CPU and GPU and when the CPU and GPU will throttle down the temperature then would I able to see any performance drop frame drop ec.?

Two things.

It would be physically impossible to use 100 percent cpu since there will always be back ground tasks (even when you shutdown all processes, but dont close out of something important.)

If you do go full power give it plenty of air, maybe put a desktop fan to blow air into your pc

and when on full power dont play for more that 2 hours.

NOTHING* WILL HAPPEN.

*As long as your system is properly cooled, you will not have any negative effects to your parts.

By proper cooling, I mean your parts don't exceed 80 Celcius for an extended period.
Most CPU/GPU fan profiles have an upper limit where they blow at maximum RPM to cool the part down. If you're hearing lots of fan whine, your parts are probably getting a little too toasty.
Ideally, you'd want your parts to stay at a comfortable 60-70C while under full load, with AMD/ATI parts hanging out comfortably at the 70-80C range.

Source: I run my gaming rig pretty hard, reaching 70C on my i5-4570 and 80C on my 660Ti for about 6-8 hours a day during my holidays. It hasn't broken down once since I built it two years ago. Keep your case dust-free and your fans clean and you should have a nice, long life on your parts.
