Need a good budget gaming headset!

Hi there,

I'm gonna be streaming soon and I need a good budget gaming headset with mic attached. I keep reading forums about how gaming headsets are pure crap, and how you should just go with a set of headphones and a separate mic. I have low income so I can't afford something CRAZY expensive. So I only need opinions on budget gaming headset. My budget is around $100 or less. I live in Canada so Canadian prices ONLY, please! ^^ Thanks!

tbh, any good quality stereo headset for around 40CAD will work, and then just get a Roccat Juke, it will emulate 7.1 surround sound like any good surround sound headset does or you could try it out with razer surround first :)

@althex, thanks so much! I'm not looking for anything expensive, or anything that involves a set of headphones and a separate mic. This is perfect! So the Sound Blaster Tactic3D Fury is good for my gaming needs?

It's got a removable mic & usb/3.5mm jack connection which suited my needs well. Had this Corsair one before http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-1100-communication-headset headband broke after a year. Fury's got clear sound in games & Teamspeak. The Fury is a good option if you ask me :)

PS. Glad I could help with your choice. You won't be dissapointed. A little note though, the sound enhancements in the Creative control panel caused Windows 10 not to recognize my mic. I had to disable them for it to work. looks like Creative is working on a driver update for Win 10 though.

Thanks very much! ^^ I appreciate it! The Fury headset looks so cool. I'm sure I'll be very happy with it. I have a question that is non-related to this, but I need to know if the Logitech C615 is a good webcam for 720p streaming? I don't need anything expensive or anything for 1080p. Cause I'll be having my webcam window kinda small to medium on my stream. It won't be taking up the whole screen.
