Since about 3 months ago every day I have gotten significant lag spikes every time I am playing in game. An example is when I am playing CS:GO and my frames go from 200+ down to 30 for about 30 seconds or so, and then go right back up.

I have unparked my CPU's, reinstalled and updated drivers, set all power settings to high performance, ran a virus scan and monitored the CPU temp and it is not overheating and still, nothing has worked. Please help so I can fix this issue. Thanks!

Admirable

FX 8320 are known for it's poor fps stability compared to intel counter parts.
Also CX PSU's are terrible quality PSU's not for gaming at all. However i doubt this is the problem because the GTX 750 Ti is a very efficient card with minimal needs.

Try using Aida 64 to make sure you are able to hit 100% CPU usage without throttling or dropping once in a while.
Have you done any overclocking? Bring everything back to stock.

The motherboard is also entry level, it's meant for FX 6000 series or lower and not meant for overclocking.

Try adding this to your CS:GO autoexec cl_forcepreload 2
Go to the nvidia settings and put the pre rendered frames to 2 or lower.
