Hi guys, i created like 3 threads along 1 month and I still doesn't find the question. What's my max gpu temperature and it's my gpu overheating? It's like 65-80-82 grades maximum temperature.I have the Sapphire R7 250 2gb Ddr3 edition, yes i know isn't a good gaming card.I have this card over 1 year, and i just changed my mobo, processor and ram.I added this videocard on my new system.
The system it is :
4gb of ram ddr3
i5 2400 3.10 ghz
Intel q67 series (6.1w) [HP :1494]
Sapphire r7 250 2gb ddr3
Power source it's 300-350w, don't remember at all.
The idle video card temperature it's like 29-34.When i surf on Chrome the temperature can bump up from 34 to 42-45 or when i look at a video.I adjusted the fan speed to 100% when the temperatures it's 50+ grades.Anybody can say if it's safe for my gpu? I mean the temperature are right or there it's something wrong?
Thank you and i hopefully find an answer!

82 in-game is OK.

It could be better. But it's OK. If you're buying a new card soon then don't worry about it. If your new card runs on the hot side too though you might need to review your case/cable management.

Do you live in a hot country by the way? What is the ambient temperature of the room?

As long as it stay's below 80c under full load with your fan speed at 100% I wouldn't worry too much. I'd just try to make sure the cooler has enough room to kick off the hot air and that it's being extracted from the case well enough.

However if it's becoming unsettling for you I'd suggest looking up how to remove the cooler and apply a fresh coat of thermal paste. It's a bit "extreme" but certainly effective.

Some people say higher but 65-67 is pretty safe temp for that card if its under load. I would say your temps are borderline high but as long as you don't run it AT 90 DEGREES FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME YOU SHOULD BE OK. You may want to blow the card out with compressed air just to make sure there is nothing blocking the air flow.
