i biught a dell laptop(dell inspiron 14 5485 5000 series) and it is all right.only in windows 7 that usb 3.0 port doesn't work. i download usb 3 from dell.com and install but it is still not working but in windows 8.1 or 10 it is correct.i don't know what to do.please help me.3 ports 2 usb 2.0 ports and a usb 3.0 port. my windows is windows 7 64x oem activated ultimate edition. other usb ports work correctly.
