I built my computer with help from an uncle of mine who is good with computers. Lately though some of my more taxing games have been running poorly and i am looking to drop some money on a new graphics card. But I have zero to no knowledge on graphics cards however and am looking to upgrade from my AMD Radeon R7 200 to make my games run faster. But i have no idea where my card stands in comparison to everything else. If anyone knows a site, or anything to help me out that would be awesome. I don't want the best card ever just a step up from what i have. Any help would be appriciated

should help, you want a card at least 2 tiers higher to get a nice upgrade

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX-4300 Quad Core
Ram: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Screen: Acer S231HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
Chip:2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Hopefully that helps. My budget currently is 200$ but i get payed soon so i can go up to 300-350 if need be
I didnt pick out the graphics card so i dont have a preference really on amd or nvidia etc.
I am busy a lot of the day so when i sit down i really dont want to have any lag or heavy frame drops.
