My first build and I'm lost

Like the title says, I have no idea what I'm doing and I would appreciate if you guys would give me some feedback. Here is the PC I want to build:

Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro3

CPU: i5 4460 3.2GHz

GPU: GeForce GTX 960 OC WindForce 2X 4GB DDR5 128-bit

RAM: HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz CL10

PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze 520W

Hard disk: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA-III

Case: Zalman Z3 Plus

You have a good CPU, PSU, memory, GPU, and HDD. Make sure that your motherboard has the latest BIOS to run that CPU. If you buy them all from the same place, get the vendor to ensure that they will work together.
