Can I reuse Windows 7 installation disc after upgrading one pc to windows 10

I have a single use copy of Windows 7 home premium that I have upgraded to Windows 10 on my current pc. I was curious if I could use it again on another pc and just have windows 7 home premium installed on that one. I'm fixing a pc for a friend and would rather not have product key issues down the line. Thanks you.

No. You cannot reuse the product key as it is still in use for your window 10 licence. You can use the disc to install window 7 home premium to any other pc if you have another product key to use.
