I have an Epson WF-2540 that seems to have good image quality after cleaning the heads, but it (still) has wide blank horizontal bars when I try to print. These aren't the usual thin lines across the page from a dirty printer head. Instead, it prints fine for about a centimeter, then has a blank bar about a centimeter wide, then prints fine, then has a blank bar, etc. down the page.
Any ideas what would cause this and how to fix it?
