New pc budget build! Help is needed!

Hello guys,im new to pc building and i would use some help.I need to make a gaming pc in budget,about 700-750 euros...Im thinking about buying the amd 8350 and a gtx 960 but i dont know what i should do with the coolers,cases,motherboards etc...if anyone can suggest me a build then i would be more than happy! Thanks in advance

do you think that maybe the gtx 960 is over the top for a guy that plays like league of legends,wow,world of tanks etc ? i could save some money for a cheaper card :/ in Greek prices what you suggested (for the amd build) costs me about 930 euros
