I recently used EaseUS Todo Backup to successfully clone my Windows HDD onto my new SSD, but after putting the SSD into the laptop it comes up saying "no bootable device"

Any advice as to what i am doing wrong, or if there is something i am not doing would be great.

after trying Calculagator's suggestion, if it still doesn't boot - i've used EaseUS since 2008 and love it, but when we moved to UEFI BIOS, i noticed if I didn't select "sector by sector" on the page where you select the target drive, the clone drive would not boot and i would either have to use the windows dvd to do a "repair" or re-clone it. Apparently it was not copying some of the boot files. And since you're going from a HDD, you ought to select the "optimize for SSD" option as well

If you insert your windows dvd in the tray and reboot the computer, it'll come up with a selection of choices, one being "repair installation" - try that
