I will be using this for gaming, streaming, as well as video editing. This will also serve as my main computer for my profession which is business/accounting/finance. I just want to make sure this is the best possible build for $1200 or if there is a build that is around $1000 that would compete with this without losing to much power and performance. The build is as follows:

The CPU Cooler is actually out on newegg and can't find one for a decent price so if there is another model or CPU cooler that can compete with this would be awesome if someone can give some input. Please let me know what you guys think. This is my first build so I don't really know to much about these components, just something that someone linked me to and it looks good but just want to make sure. Any input would be awesome you guys. Thanks.

looks really good. a cooler master hyper 212 evo would be fine for your cpu cooler. it is pretty much the go-to budget cooler. dont let the word budget scare you, it works awesome with plenty of room to overclock.

i usually recommend a r9 390 over a gtx 970. the 970 has the vram issue and 4gb less ram making it much less future proof.
